About Us
Hi, I am Jovelyn, a partner to Brian and a mom to a 1-year-old boy named Marcus and I am also an aspiring freelancer. It has been my lifelong dream to provide for my loved ones without compromising family time thus, Virtual Solutions by Jovelyn was created.
This is where I aim to pour out the skills I have been proficient in through working in the corporate world.
But more than anything, I would like to witness how lives and businesses flourish because of the virtual solutions I've given.
Work Experience
When I was in college, I used to work every summer in the local government unit doing administrative tasks for their summer job program and that is where my first exposure in working took place. After college, I started working in the call center industry and spent a total of four years handling customer accounts, giving technical support and even handling sales. Most of the time I am on the phone but I also have access to emails and chat to connect with customers. I took a break when I gave birth last April of 2019 and just this November of 2020 I enrolled in the Freelancing course offered by Filipino Virtual Assistance. This course gave me insights on what opportunities are available in the freelancing world and how to execute tasks with quality.
I am grateful with all the experience I had and also looking forward to be working in a different environment.
